Uconnect Uconnect 5" firmware update: 13.00.80.01

Is this firmware something i can install on my radio? Fiat Doblo 2018. My device has "APPS" as last button. Update manager 9.1.0 is installed but it doesn´t work, i can not start Uconnect Live, if trying to update i get "Test failed. Error code P001".
Initial problem is that my phone connects over BT, but all incoming calls give "line busy" signal. I can call as well, but can not recieve calls.
Maybe update helps!?

The last firmware 13.00.80.01 is ok for fiat 500L no NAV,with DAB?

Also, I wasn't able to go into engineering mode neither with RADIO + MEDIA + BROWSE nor with RADIO + BROWSE / ENTER, so is there another way to enter it?

Did you try with the ignition turned on?

I've got a similar issue as i've seen within this thread.

I have a Fiat 500L 2016 with a 5 inch uconnect radio - Fiat 312 VP2 ECE DAB

The radio starts up but then gets stuck on the fiat logo. The radio works however no buttons work apart from power, volume, mute and steering wheel volume and mute.

The usb port doesnt provide any power either.

I am unable to check the software version that is currently loaded on the radio (because of the above)

Would really appriciate assistance on this.
