Technical radiator fan not switching please assist

Good evening , i recently purchased a palio 1.2 El 2001 model , my radiator fan is not switching on as it should when temp sensor are connected . when i disconnect temp sensor the fan engages automaticaly.

Can anyone pleas advise me of the fuse , Radiator fan relay and radiator fan control switch locations so i can be able to do fault finding Please
