Technical 2015 Fiat Palio Radiator Fan

I'm confused. Does a 2015 Fiat Palio radiator fan have one or two speeds. My 2015 Fiat Palio seems to only be running at high speed. The dealership here in Mexico tells me it has only one speed but the owners manual has fuses for high and low speed, so I'm pretty sure it has two speeds. I'm concerned because I live in a tropical climate and the air conditioning needs a low speed fan when idling to keep the car cool. Greatly appreciate any advice.

Most cars have 2 speeds..even without Aircon

I live in the UK.. where the Palio has never been sold.. so cannot answer 100%

Software like MultiECUScan
Can drive the fan on its setting speeds via the OBD port..

It can also read the live Aircon refridgerant system pressure

There's probably a fan speed resistor somewhere on the rad could be worthy looking for one and checking it

Looks like you're correct. Took it to auto electric technician today and he's replacing the resistor. Thanks for your input.
