It has been 3 years since the purchase of the Fiat 500 La Prima and the application has stopped. Does anyone know where and how the subscription can be renewed. Here in Bulgaria, the authorized Vitosha auto dealer doesn't know anything and looks on incomprehendingly. I've scoured a lot of Fiat and U connect sites but can't find anything.

Does your car have the customer service button next to the review mirror? If so and it works try talking to them with that.
I know, but it doesn't work in Bulgaria, I don't know why.
