Technical 500E the pin which locks the charging door is broken

In my 500E the pin which locks the charging door is broken.

Any idea where I can get a replacement?

What do you mean? The charging door doesn’t lock.

Hi,
No, there is a pin on the door that is pushed inside the lock mechanism (covered by rubber sping shell) - this specific pin is broken - so the dore canot be locked or poped out

Ah ok. Different languages. It doesn’t lock but I know what you mean. You’ll need to visit your dealer or if you’re very lucky an online scrap merchant.

Surely that must still be in warranty?
