Technical Start stop problems

Hello
Can anyone tell why all of a sudden my start stop has stopped working on my fiat 500 ?
There are no warning lights on dash and still tells me it’s switch on ?????

How old is the car and when did it last have a battery? Chances are the start stop system has decided the battery doesn’t have sufficient charge for start stop to operate. If it hasn’t had a long run for a while that could explain it

It’s 2014 and no haven’t had new battery in a while Thankyou for helpful information
