Technical Radio problems, noisy and frekvency are changing

My Fiat 500x from 2016 changes the frequency on the radio, for example from 99.30 mhz to 99.35 and also the radio sounds noisy as if the antenna is broken. Could it be the antenna or do you have to update the radio's software? And how do you do it? Can you update yourself?
If it is the antenna - could I buy a new one?

The most common radio related problem is with the antenna or aerial base, the moisture gets in to it and it corrodes inside and starts to fail and because the signal gets worse it starts to hunt for a stronger frequency.

I think that's what the problem is
