General Parking Distance Control

Can anybody tell me where the parking distance control unit is located on the 2014 500L trekking 1.3 multijet ? I,ve been given 2 locations, 1 in the rear side panel and 1 in the spare wheel well , but both are wrong on my car.

I think you will find it on the REAR LEFT of the car but not low down. It is I think located higher up behind the upper trim panel around the window and top seat belt point above the parcel shelf.
