Technical Fiat 500x without sound when turning lights on

Hi guys, Im writing from Chile, and I have a problem with a 500x 1.4 multiair engine. When I activate the turning lights with the switch, all lights in the car works properly, but no sound at all, same thing with the seat belts and the door open.

I did check relays and fuses and all is ok.
