General Convertible latch broke

Hello everyone. New to this and in love with my 2017 Spider. One problem is the “latch” that holds the convertible top down behind the seats broke and I’m trying to find the right part. It is connected to the convertible top, is plastic and kinda looks like it has “teeth”.

I found this FIAT OEM 17-18 124 Spider Convertible/soft Top-Latch 68315023AA but I’m just not sure. Any help is appreciated.

Did you get this fixed? If not best try a Mazda dealer as the top is on the MX5. Will be cheaper than Fiat too.

No. I haven’t gotten it fixed yet. Thank you. I’ll keep that in mind. I purchased my car used from a Nissan dealer but purchased a very nice warranty so I’m going to let them sort it out. I did most of the leg work. Thanks again!
