Technical Brake warning light.

The brake warning light in my 2001 2.8 ducato camper is staying on. As far as I can tell the only things that cause that are handbrake on, low pads and low fluid. I have disconnected the wires to each of these and the light is staying on. Brakes are functioning correctly. Any ideas?

Wiring fault? Diagram attached. Starting & Charging included for colour code translation at lower left corner of diagram.
