Technical 500e Acoustic Pedestrian Sound

Has anyone got this feature working? I have a 500e and the manual says it should be on. I cannot find a way to turn it on through any settings.

I'm confused. I used "TA" as an abbreviation for "Type Approval", not as a mention of "twinair" - what is twinair?

I'm heartened to hear they all have it, but I have it from my daughter, who has extremely acute hearing, that there is no hum or other sound audible outside the car when I reverse out of the garage, so mine must be defective.

If it was defective there is a ‘sound system unavailable’ warning on the dash.

Well, yes, I have listened again with roof and windows open, and the "hum" tone is (just) there. MUCH quieter than the KIA SoulEV. If it meets the regulation minimum level, I'd be surprised.
