Hello,
on the previous model (x250) it was not that straightforward, as the aftermarket cameras are mostly 12 V, but the factory one had a different voltage. It is verly likely that the van has got a SWG to prevent others that the workshop to connect to the system.
If it has a standard commercial van body, I'd try to find factory reverse camera. It should probably look like this one (it is one from 2014-2021 models, no idea if it was changed in the 2021 facelifting):
