Hi, I'm a 'newbie' to this forum and also have recently bought a 2008 1.4 Fiat Grande Punto Abarth. Finding it good fun to drive , but had problems yesterday with the 'hill holder ESP' coming up on the dash, also lost nearly all my power. I stopped , turned off the engine, and when started again, was perfectly o.k. Have looked at the past threads about this, so i'm going to try changing the battery, unless anyone has a better idea?

These are common problems - try checking (or changing) brake switch or ABS sensor. Its usually one or the other...
