MAF sensor air flow is proportional to engine speed
1g/s per l of engine displacement
2.3 litres = 2.3g/s

Had another thought.
Injection in each cylinder occurs 1 in 4 cycles (4 stroke) but have 4 cylinders so 4 x .25=1 still one injection per stroke, so no influence on calculations. Any other influences? Values I got with a warm engine were higher.

What vehicle are you referring to with MES? For a Barchetta it is grams per second. For the 500X it is kilograms per hour. For the Croma Diesel 2005 it is mg/i (milligrams per injection cycle)
