Error installing Ecodrive

Hi,

I have an Indian version of the GP 1.3 MJD with bluetooth.

After seeing the Ecodrive and many other Indian enthusiats installing it in their Linea, I thought of installing the same in my car.

Hence before installing, I upgraded the Blue and Me to the latest version.

Then downloaded and installed Ecodrive on my machine. Prepared a USB drive but when I go to install - installation starts and then there is an error - USB Error 10.

Please help.

Try searching the forums, there are lot of threads about USB Error 10, I am not sure if they have solution but it's worth a try...

Error 10 usually means u didnt let the install finish, try again and leave it to say update complete, then press SRC/OK then turn off car remove key and remove the USB pen

Try differing memory sticks too. It took me to try 6 different makes before I found one that would work on my previous Evo . I had a freebie turn up from Nokia when I got my new N8 and it worked perfectly the first time I tried it. Nothiing but grief with every other one I tried!

I was told by my dealer that Error 10 usually means the vehicle is already running that version (or a later one) of the software so the update could not be applied
